Seafood Marinara


Ingredients  500gr L'Antico Tagliolini, 5 Tablespoons Olive Oil,250gr Marinara Mix(prawns,squid,octopus),

1 cup vegetable stock, 2 cloves crushed garlic,1/2 cup parsley,300gr peeled tomatoes,500gr cleaned and De Bearded mussels.Salt Pepper.


Bring stock to boil in large saucepan add mussels cover till mussels open. Take off heat and keep warm.

Heat oil in large frypan over medium heat, cook garlic slightly then add marinara mix toss for 2/3 minutes.

Add tomatoes and parsley reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins or when sauce thickens.

Cook pasta in large pot of salted boiling water 5/6 mins until aldente, Drain pasta add sauce and mussels  stir and serve immediately.Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4.

          Fusillo Con Funghi


Ingredients 500gr L'Antico Mulino Fusillo, 25gr dried porcini mushrooms,1 cup brandy,1/2 cup of cream,50gr butter,2 tablespoons olive oil,Salt,1 clove garlis,parmesan cheese.


Soak Porcini mushrooms for 30 mins or until soft.Drain and thoroughly dice.Heat saucepan on medium add garlic and half of butter and let infuse.Add mushrooms and cook for approx 10min. Add brandy and simmer on low heat until brandy evaporates.Add cream and remaining butter and keep warm.

Cook pasta in boling salted water 7/8 mins. When cooked drain pasta. Add mushroom sauce to pasta,salt and pepper to taste, garnish with parmesan. Serves 4.

Yoghurt Tiramisu
Very easy to make. Soak 2 sponge finger biscuits in good quality coffee. Layer in bowl with Yoghurt Live Natural yoghurt sprinkle with grated chocolate. Good for a dessert or breakfast.You can add a shot of Tia Maria to coffee to spice it up,maybe not for breakfast tho!!!
